Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Most of our prices are based on absolute values of 1000 NO or 100 NO, Therefore check minimum quantity levels are appropriate
Devoran Metals Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Delivery
Shipping And Handling Most goods are shipped same day if order is received before 1300 hours, most goods are available on an overnight delivery service. If goods are not in stock you will be so informed as to an expected delivery date or offered a substitute.
All our deliveries are either by a courier service, depending on the size of the order.

Delivery on orders under 10kg  within the UK Mainland will be charged at £12.00 ex VAT @ 17.5%.
Delivery on orders over 500 kg price on application.

In the event of our carriers being unable to deliver, a calling card will be left. Failure to respond to this calling card may result in an extra carriage charge being applied.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in two to three business days .

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Any goods found to be faulty can be returned immediately for a full credit, if you return the product to us without proof of purchase Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns
Returns will take approximately 7 working days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.

We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you a "proof of delivery". Devoran Metals Ltd will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning goods for replacement/ refund.

When an item is to be replaced the goods must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

7 Day cooling off period By law, when buying at a distance you are allowed 7 day from receipt of goods in which to change your mind.
It is not a "try before you buy period". All sealed items should be returned unopened and fit for sale as new. If they are not, a charge may be made at the managers discretion for loss of resoluble value.
Postage / Carriage cost are none refundable. In the case of items sent under the terms of "free postage" this will no longer be free and will be charged at cost. 

You are responsible for your own shipping costs to send products back. You should make sure you use a carriage service that can prove we have taken delivery.

All offers are subject to availability and maybe changed or withdrawn at any time.

All goods must be delivered to the card holders/credit checked address; deliveries to any other UK address are subject to faxed proof of ID and residency.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the delivered package prior to signing for it. If the package is damaged or appears to have been tampered with, opened or resealed in any way then the customer should inspect the goods before signing the drivers manifest.

Any shortages not mentioned on the invoice must be reported within 48Hrs via phone, the company will not accept responsibility for any shortages unless the described procedure has been adhered to.

None of our terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
